Jixin high-temperature forming team won the title of national "Ankang Cup" winning team


 Recently, the All China Federation of Trade Unions, the Emergency Management Department and the National Health Commission issued the Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in the National "Ankang Cup" Competition from 2020 to 2021, and the high temperature forming team of Jixin won the title of the winning team in the national "Ankang Cup" competition from 2020 to 2021.
 
 
 
  The "Ankang Cup" is a safety production honorary trophy set up in the sense of "safety" and "health", which is held every two years in enterprises and institutions across the country. The aim is to continuously promote the safety production work of enterprises and institutions through various competitions such as safety production management, leaders' awareness of safety production, employees' knowledge and ability of safety production, and various indicators of safety production. The national "Ankang Cup" competition activity closely revolves around the theme of "strengthening awareness, identifying hidden dangers, promoting development, and ensuring competition", and is commended after self evaluation and recommendation by the unit, review at the municipal level, approval at the provincial level, and joint approval and publicity by relevant national ministries and commissions. It is one of the highest honors awarded in the field of safety production.
 
 
 
 The forming team of Jixin high-temperature forming workshop is mainly responsible for the forming of chrome corundum bricks. Under the leadership of the team leader, the team members actively learn safety knowledge, strengthen basic safety management from the details, adhere to the implementation of the safety responsibility system, and maintain a perfect record of "zero accidents" for safety for ten consecutive years. Since its establishment, the team has always adhered to the concept of safe production, constantly strengthened the team building, and constantly improved the staff's safety awareness and emergency response ability. At the same time, the publicity, implementation and study of the new Work Safety Law were carried out in various forms, changing "I want to be safe" to "I want to be safe". Revise and improve the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of the team, improve the list of post safety responsibilities and full responsibilities, and all staff participate in safety management to ensure that everyone is safe at all times and everywhere.

The company introduced AEDs and launched first aid training.

To effectively safeguard employees’ lives and improve the overall emergency rescue capacity of all staff, the company officially installed Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on the afternoon of May 15, and jointly launched professional first-aid training with the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University to fully strengthen the workplace safety defense system. Led by Chen Song, Deputy General Manager of the company, more than 50 participants including safety officers and administrative staff from various departments attended the event.
